Pooling over 30 years of S/W Nevada experience, Sunrise Air Systems, Inc., performs 300+ construction projects per year. Sunrise Air Systems, Inc. provides full installation and support services. We have an in house design-build facility and can provide plan check ready drawings for all HVAC requirements, excluding casinos and schools. We have a full CAD operation, as well as e-mail communication. We have structured Sunrise Air Systems, Inc. to center in on the industrial/commercial market.
We have run over 250 design-build projects in all ranges of our scope of work, both as design professionals and in conjunction with engineering companies. We carry $1,000,000 E&O insurance. We have a reputation for being on time, on budget, & professional.

Meet the Team
Scott Rosen
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Scott Rosen is the Sunrise Air Systems Chief Executive Officer. Scott partners with the COO, Office, and Field Management teams to enhance the process and streamline workflows to enable Sunrise to be the “Best Value Mechanical Contractor” in the Las Vegas Valley. After spending a decade and a half with Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems as a Principal Mechanical Engineer working on the LPD-17 and Ship Self Defense Systems (SSDS) programs, along with the decade previous in the mechanical contracting field as a HVAC and pipefitter journeyman, Scott knows the “how-to” and the “why” of mechanical systems.
Scott has managed projects from small to multi-million dollar efforts for customers in the commercial industry and with the Department of the Navy. In both arenas, Scott has been a sought after resource for technical expertise and has completed several projects successfully with innovative approaches and solid teamwork. Scott believes in partnering with the customer and advising them at every milestone to ensure customer satisfaction and building of long term relationships. He has been the recipient of multiple awards for technical achievement and customer cost savings.
Scott has authored papers for the Acoustical Society of America (ASA) and Raytheon Mechanical and Material Technology Network (MMTN) in the areas of Structural Interaction of wave motion in thin cylindrical shells and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Environmental Qualification process enhancement.
Scott holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and completed all coursework for MS in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University.
Beto Bustamante
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Beto brings 40+ years in Commercial and Industrial HVAC/ Piping Systems. This includes various Hydronic Systems, Oxygen Systems, Pneumatic Systems, etc. Beto believes that excellent communication and developed relationships with our clients is paramount in the delivery of a superior product to our customers. Beto’s vast experience in the industry includes work for Customers in Schools, Retail, Medical Facilities, multi-story buildings, and Government work to include Military and Airport Facilities.
Danny Clark
DRY SIDE SUPERINTENDENT
I have 45 years of experience in heating, air conditioning, and sheet metal. I have been to numerous installation and startup schools. Four years of duct design sheet metal layout fabrication and installation. Experience in scheduling and supplying crews to handle the jobs and bring them in on time. I have done jobs in the millions of dollars. Dow Chemical, Exxon, Shell oil, US Coast Gaurd New Orleans, Southern regional FBI office, Fort Polk, Northrop Grumman Pascagoula naval base, BASF, Barksdale AFB, Nellis AFB, Creech AFB, and oil rig housing Avondale shipyard.
Arnold Despi
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Arnold Despi is a goal-driven and team player individual with over 30 years of combined professional experience in the field of Engineering Consultancy and Construction. Arnold has worked in the multi-faceted functions of general management and operations in the service provider industry. The technical design phase and exposure in project implementation have given him a good flavor of the theory and application phases of projects. Arnold has spent a good amount of time working in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. He has gained a lot of exposure working across a multi-cultural environment. His genuine interest in working with all kinds of people is put to full potential in performing his Project Management and marketing roles.
Arnold holds a Certificate in Drafting Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines.
Robert Gratrix

Bob Gratrix is an Estimator who works with clients by producing proposals to meet their needs.

Veronica Cervantes
PROJECT ENGINEER
Veronica Cervantes has been in the HVAC field since 2006 and came on board with the company in 2007. In her 10+ years with the company, she quickly moved through the ranks from Project Assistant, Estimating Assistant, Accounting Assistant, Contract Administrator, to Project Administrator. Within the last three years she was promoted to Project Manager, but most recently moved back into Project Administration. Her extensive knowledge of company procedures and administrative experience makes her an ideal Project Administrator. Apart from Project Administration, she also assists the CEO and has been overseeing the Contract Administration department for more than three years.

Jo-Ann Allsenberrie
ADMIN SUPPORT + ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Jo-Ann Allsenberrie is A/P for Sunrise Air and assists our Estimator Bob. For the estimators, Jo-Ann helps by printing out the bid requests plans, puts it on the bid calendar, and sends out requests to vendors for quotes on the jobs we are bidding. Jo-Ann keeps track of the vendors who return their quotes and print out the paperwork with the plans on the day the bid is due, so the estimators have what they need to bid. She also does a follow-up a few days after we send out our bid proposals to make sure the GC received the proposal. Jo-Ann has 23 years of experience in bookkeeping.
Oscar Spratley
PURCHASING MANAGER
Oscar Spratley is a purchasing manager that works closely with project managers, field foreman, and suppliers to ensure the company is getting the best possible pricing and lead times. Oscar started with Sunrise Air Systems in 2002 as a field installer and worked his way into office as an office runner, then moved into the warehouse, and then purchasing. Oscar considers price, quality, availability, reliability, and product support when choosing suppliers and merchandise. Oscar has worked on projects such as Discovery Children's Museum, Ainsworth, The District at Green Valley, Emerus Hospital, and Creech Air Force base, to name a few.
